ENGAGEMENT MODELS
-
The PR Retainer covers active media relations and journalist outreach, press release drafting and distribution, monthly communications planning, media monitoring, spokesperson preparation, and thought leadership support. It includes weekly written status updates, a monthly written report, and a quarterly strategic review. All new retainer clients begin with the Blaire Blueprint onboarding.
-
The Advisory Retainer is counsel only: roughly four hours a month of strategy sessions, materials review, and on-call guidance for teams that execute in-house. The PR Retainer adds execution. Pitches go out, releases get written, and coverage gets secured. Choose Advisory if you have staff, PR Retainer if you need the work done.
-
Yes. Standalone engagements are scoped to a defined deliverable and timeline: launch PR, crisis response, communications audits, crisis plan development, media training, annual report content, and event PR. Fees are quoted per project based on scope. A 50 percent deposit is due at contract execution.

Yes. Crisis response and triage is one of two entry-point offers, scoped to the complexity of the situation. Engagements cover rapid message development, stakeholder communications, media inquiry management, and spokesperson preparation, drawing on documented experience with congressional scrutiny and national misinformation campaigns.
-
Trade associations, business coalitions, and membership organizations are a core segment, typically served through the Full-Service or Government and Public Affairs models. Engagements are scoped to the organization's structure and advocacy needs, with pricing set individually.
-
Yes. Hourly engagements are available for teams that need senior judgment during a crisis, a legislative push, or a temporary capacity gap, without a full retainer commitment. Rates and scope are set via written amendment, so support can start quickly when a team needs it most.
