We diagnose
before we pitch.
What it is: The Blaire Blueprint is our proprietary 90-day onboarding and strategy framework. It is how every retainer engagement begins.
Why it matters: Most PR firms skip the diagnosis and go straight to pitching. That produces activity, not results. The Blueprint builds your program on research and strategic clarity, so every message that follows has a foundation, and still delivers visible quick wins inside the first 90 days.

Because pitching without diagnosis produces activity, not results. The first 90 days establish what most programs skip: an audit of current performance, stakeholder interviews, competitive review, a tested messaging framework, and a documented roadmap. Every message that follows is built on research rather than assumptions.

We will identify quick coverage opportunities while we are building the plan. Some visible wins, like sharpened messaging, thought leadership drafts, or an initial media list, show up during Phase 1 diagnosis. More active media outreach begins in Phase 3, around day 61, with pitches and typically a first placement within the initial 90 days. Sustained coverage generally builds over 60 to 90 days of active outreach. Reputation and positioning change is a longer arc, usually 6 to 12 months.
